“This hotel accepted our dogs with a single dog fee to cover all. The hotel room was clean - with a "wood" floor, which I much prefer over carpeted. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was varied with many things to choose from, including eggs, sausages and pancakes. Very nice facility.”

“First, they give me my keys to a room that was already occupied. We walked in on a mom and two kids. Went back downstairs. Management apologized and then set me up with a new room. We get in and the room smells like the home of a chain smoker. I have asthma and could barely breathe. Went back downstairs and they set me up with another room. This room was fine. Next day we go and do our plans and then when we come back our keys didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs again and have management come……

“I did not have one towel or cloth in my room whatsoever and I went to the counter in the morning and I only asked for a towel so I could dry off and they told me to bring down my old ones. We wait for you to bring dirty ones, and then give you more I told her I don’t have any dirty towels because there is not even one towel in my room.
