“Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”

“The room was basic and clean. No complaints. There was no microwave but a small fridge. Easy parking, even pulling a small trailer.”

“My room was quite nice, and quiet. Any issues I had (only one) was addressed immediately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Convenient to I-75, food and gas stations. I make this particular trip every three months. I will stay here again.”

“The property is dated, but maintained. The bedspread had burn holes in it but we were in a non smoking room. The hallway smelled of marijuana but the room did not. The shower was good, great water pressure. The bed was comfortable for the one night. It’s a decent a hotel for an overnight stay.”

“This property was really clean so festive we the Vols decor, staff sooooo friendly and informative. Love love the rooms, so modern. Loved the gym, couldn’t get enough of the gym! Love the ice buckets in the bottom floor with cups available, the breakfast was real nice and I love the draft beer station and the availability of snacks and drinks!!!!! Great stay, didn’t want to leave!!!!”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were clean. Although front desk staff was very helpful, our rooms were not well cleaned. Trash found next to bed at check in, sheets had plenty of stains and housekeeping only came in to empty trash and replace towels. Parking was plentiful and the amenities were great. We were a large group and everyone was able to find something to eat from the breakfast options.”
