Overall it is a wonderful house. We loved the room set up and cleanliness. Having 2 refrigerator and dishwashers was a gift! Being able to walk out to the beach was great. Furniture was in great condition and there was ample seating

Beautiful home fantastic location- steps away from the beach! Easily accommodated our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated very nice. The kitchen appliances need some TLC.

No communication or fixing the issues

We stayed for 10 days. The pool table didn't work and we called you from the beginning. You sent someone out they couldn't fix it. After tons of tries of calling you. About two days left my kids uncle went up and looked it . He was able to fix your pool table. Second, the Jacuzzi didn't work. After many calls you never got it working. Constantly we would try to call you with no help. But, before we talk with someone we had to wait about 20 minutes. It just made it very frustrating. It's like Elliotts didn't care about us and just wanted us to get out. They don't look at the people that are paying money for a place. It was cold and it would've been nice somedays to use the Jacuzzi.
