Our stay at Waterpointe1 was wonderful from the moment we opened the door. The condo is very well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay! Cleaned very well and decorated nicely. I have no complaints about this property or the management.

It was wonderful but the corner unit next to us was extremely noisy in the late night hours until 2 and 3 in the morning. I almost complained at the time but let it slide.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My husband and our 3 college aged kids really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view is amazing and it’s so quick and easy to get to the beach! I especially like the quietness of the neighborhood.

Nice getaway

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It was everything that we needed for our family. It was close to shopping and attractions and all you can eat seafood buffets! We will definitely be staying again!
