“Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.”

“Wow, where do I start? The improvements that were made to this property since my visit in 2025 are phenomenal!! The staff was consistently present, attentive and helpful during our visit. “Highest price paid ever for 2 nights for way below average hotel. Horrible rip off for the quality of properties, amenities and breakfast. How businesses rip off, this is an example of my stay here. Not recommended”

“There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.”

Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from……

“The place is a total dump. I would suggest that you would find a better place to stay. As a matter a fact you should definitely remove this property from your site! They tell you that the remaining balance would be taken out once you check in when in fact that take from your account the following day with no refunds.”

“I have never been so disappointed at a rental property and this was my first time to book a place through Expedia. The picture and description of what I rented were not accurate and when i received a call that I could have an upgrade, i was happy about that. If what I got was an upgrade, I am glad I didn't get the first one. I listed beachfront on my filter when booking. it popped up and said, "direct access". i had foot surgery and wanted as close as possible. 3 blocks away :( Then, there……

“Don’t stay on the 9th floor in the tower across the street. Our ocean front private balcony was on the same level as the pool deck. Paid for a private balcony, instead got the pool deck and hardly a view of the ocean. Would’ve been nice to have known this upfront. Tried to change rooms but there wasn’t any additional vacancy.”
