Amazing!

This was the perfect house for my family. Spacious bedrooms with room for everyone. The heated pool was everyone’s favorite. Just a few steps to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. Would 100% stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to “decompress” after our daughter’s wedding in TN. We loved the pool and the location to the beach is just a short walk to catch beautiful morning and evening skies ! All this and pet friendly too for our fur babie! Definitely hope to return one day soon.

Perfect spring break getaway

Salty Starfish was just what we needed for our spring break vacay. My kids loved the pool, games and especially the bunk beds. Our pup couldn’t get enough of the beach and hanging out poolside with us. The house was incredibly equipped, super clean and Francesca was an awesome hostess. We have already talked about planning our next trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Truly a 5 Star Experience!

We are a family with young kids and a dog. We have stayed at a handful of rentals in the Cherry Grove Beach area in North Myrtle Beach, and this one definitely stands above the rest in terms of the quality of the property, the cleanliness, and being completely turn-key to have everything you need for an excellent beach vacation. The host is very friendly and communicative and the check-in and checkout process is as simple as can be. The location is great for the beach. It’s only about a 150 yard walk and the house is fully stocked with the items you need for the beach. Highly recommend this property and we will absolutely rebook this property when we return for another vacation

House was super clean, very well appointed, with an adorable coastal beachy vibe. Great open layout of living space vs bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms and utility space. Kitchen although compact was very user friendly and opened into a large dining space. Francesca as our host was so helpful and quick to answer all our questions and needs. Our only critique would be some of the beds and pillows could be softer. Outside pool area was great - we asked for the pool to be heated and it was comfortable even tho the weather was a little chilly. Only a half block from the beach and gorgeous sunsets! Great find in North Myrtle.

Fantastic rental

Start to finish, renting Salty Starfish for our annual family vacation was fantastic! The host is fabulous, attentive and kind.She truly cares about your experience. The home is beautiful and well cared for and obviously loved. The beach access is literally a one minute,easy walk from the home and is in a very safe area and perfect for families. The pool area is great for both children and your furry friends to lounge in the shade while you swim.. "Excellent excellent excellent"rating from someone with pretty high standards. I would give 10 stars if i could. Rent the Salty Stafish ,you wont be disappointed! Thanks for being awesome hosts! o for families families.in a walk.

Salty Starfish vacations was truly a home away from home. When we first walked in, the basket of beach towels greeted us. Each room had plenty of towels and clean linens. The chefs in our family enjoyed the large kitchen, which was well-equipped to prepare our family dinners. The large dining room table was a favourite for family dinners and playing card games at night. The beach was super close to the house (as described) and everything we would need for the beach was in the pool storage (toys, wagon, chairs), and there was an outdoor shower where we could rinse off when we were back. The outdoor heated pool was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it. The outdoor games were a blast too! This home had everything and was super clean. It was truly a home away from home, and Francesca (our host) worked hard to make it this way. Every message that I sent was responded to within minutes, and she was genuinely concerned in ensuring that we had the best vacation possible. She was very personable, kind and gave very easy/detailed instructions. She answered all questions promptly. 5 stars is not enough for Francesca and this property.

Beautiful place with all the amenities!

Salty Starfish is a wonderful place for a perfect vacation. This is our second year there. The pool area is fabulous with plenty of comfortable seating. The beach is a few steps away. The house is modern and clean. Many conveniences are provided including a fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chair, floats and games. Francesca is readily available for questions.

Perfect place for our 9 person family including great grandparents,grandparents, parents and children. And of course, our little dog too. Loved having the main living space all on one floor. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and warm ocean waters. Such easy access. We spent almost every evening of our 2 week stay floating in the heated pool and grilling delicious meals. It is a lovely location and quiet community. We will be back!!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time! Beautiful house that is fully stocked with everything you need. All the beach supplies were extremely helpful. We had elderly grandparents and a six-year-old, and everyone enjoyed it. Lots of entertainment and games inside and out. The walk to the beach is very easy. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare lots of meals. The washer and dryer were a huge help too. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Excellent property

This was one of the best beach rentals we have stayed at in many years.Everything you could think of was there waiting for you . The house was sparkling clean .The house is dog friendly but there was no “doggie “ smell at all . Just freshly cleaned rooms. Pool was crystal clear . Walk to the beach was only 2 minutes .Highly recommend renting this property .My family of 4 adults and two tiny dogs enjoyed it tremendously.

We just wrapped up our 5th stay at the Salty Starfish and it's everything. Just everything! The location and easy access to the beach is about as good as you can ask for. Its quiet. Its always, always so very clean and includes everything you need for your family beach vacation! The thoughtful yet subtle improvements over the years really make a difference. Such as the Keurig coffee maker hooked directly to the waterline (no need to fill a reservoir), the addition of new outdoor games and big comfy chair in the pool area, the nugget ice maker (a game changer), to name a few. These are improvements from what was already a perfect beach house! Francesca is a kind and wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests get the most out of their stay. After vacationing in North Myrtle Beach for the last 23 years, we've stayed at the Salty Starfish 5 times since 2022 and can't imagine trying to find another place to stay in NMB. Perfect place!

Salty Starfish Vacations was a great place to stay. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and a two minute walk to the beach. The pool area has everything you need, from loungers, a hammock, living area, picnic table, to a barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped, and all bedrooms are comfortable. I loved the neighborhood, and all the activities. Francesca is a wonderful hostess, always available for anything you might need. We can’t wait to go back.

This was the first time I rented a house & WOW... this house has definitely set the bar high! The house was immaculate. Everything worked perfect & was new, clean, spacious and ever so comfortable. The host literally thought of everything because the house had it (even the outdoor space was set up perfectly with seating, tables & games). The neighbors were friendly & the neighborhood was very safe. We couldn't have been happier & hope to return soon!

We have been renting houses at east coast beaches for 20 years. This property is BY FAR the cleanest, nicest, most well appointed and most comfortable property we have ever stayed in. The property owner immediately responds to any questions and she is always thinking of ways to make our stay more comfortable. The outdoor lower deck area has multiple games for kids and teens alike and there is plenty of space outdoors by the pool (both covered and uncovered). The kitchen has plenty of good cookware and serving dishes…. We are a family who likes to cook meals at the beach and the kitchen has anything you need. She thinks of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. My favorite new addition this year was the countertop ice maker ! Everything is fresh each year (this is our second year the property). We will be going back !!!

The Salty Starfish was the absolute perfect place for our 2023 beach vacation! Best week ever!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at the Salty Starfish. From the moment we booked earlier this year, to the final moments, the grace and kindness from our host, Francesca was wonderful. The reservation process and communications received were great and included all the helpful info needed. Then, there's the house. Oh my goodness! Perfect beach access, literally. Clean. Fully stocked with everything needed, and beautifully decorated. Did I mention how clean it was!? The pool area was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed late afternoon swims after being on the beach all day. The location of this house in Cherry Grove is great for morning walks to the point, which is absolutely breathtaking. Our family, including a teenager, a 20yr old, and my parents all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been vacationing in NMB for the last 15+ years and this was one of the best! We can't wait to come back!
