Tropical Palms was a nice place to stay. We had a question about the hot tub and the owner was here in minutes. Two short blocks from the beach. We had 20 people. 11 adults and 9 kids. Arrangements worked well.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Very very clean. Short walk to the beach....
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Very very clean. Short walk to the beach. You can see the Ocean from 3rd and 2nd balcony. Plenty of seating outside. 2 refrigerators on top floor 1 smaller one in Game room down stairs. 2 charcoal grills and one large propane. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners clean everything and are very attentive to keeping pool clean. They are close by if you did need anything. The kitchen has everything that a family could need and more. 1 XL crockpot 2 med crockpots and 3 coffee makers. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of them. Bathrooms are very clean and newly renovated. We will definitely be back to stay at this one.

Not clean
While a nice house, Tropical Palms was not cleaned well and the realty company probably takes on too many listings. The check in time (5) does not make sense if the check out is 10 am and the cleaning is minimal to zero. There were hornets and bees in a tree and we called to get them sprayed and no one ever came out. My niece was stung.

Nice place with plenty of space for mens' golf group. Main refrigerator was quite noisy but was told by owner it was due to be replaced.
