It’s my second time to stay at this hotel, and this time we stayed for 3 nights, the staff is very helpful in making reservations at restaurants for us. The room is clean and comfortable, and they are very sweet to decorate our room for my birthday. It’s a sweet and pleasant stay.😊

我是住雙人套房，房間面積寬敞，好放四個大行李箱，酒店周邊寧靜，交通方便。 酒店有自助早餐，選擇不是很多，但已經足夠。 酒店無時無刻都會提供咖啡、果汁，可以自助任飲。 酒店房間會提供拖鞋同牙刷，其他物品可以在酒店大堂自取，如橡筋圈、浴帽，鬚刨等等 機場去酒店亦很方便，關西國際機場搭乘南海電鐵至「天下茶屋站」,轉乘大阪METRO堺筋線至「北濱站」1B出口有電梯，方便攜帶行李上落，出口左轉過馬路對面就是酒店，樓下有一間Lawson 超方便。 酒店出口左邊亦是一個地鐵站出口3號，這個3號出口就要行樓梯。

泊車位充足，房間整潔及景觀開陽，果然是日本其中一間歷史最悠久的酒店集團。

Service

The hotel has a great location.

這間酒店的房間和睡床都很大，很舒服。服務員有禮貌，非常幫忙，房務員打掃房間很乾淨整齊，另外，房間還提供空氣清新機，所以十分乾净衞生。酒店鄰近有便利店lawson和食店，步行5分鐘，就到namba city或黑門市埸購物，非常方便。 此外，酒店有playhouse, 很適合我仔仔早起床，可以落去玩。

酒店非常舒適整潔，早餐也相當豐富，有泊車位，附近是大阪城，步行過去就可以了。

地點方便，無需行上地面，由難波地鐵站內直上酒店，非常好！

可以用平靚正形容，房間乾淨、住起來很舒適、沖涼水力夠猛、水夠熱、酒店離地鐵站只是3分鐘步程，CP值超高，非常推薦!

24-hour convenience store at 1/F, many restaurants nearby,seems no parking lot, take public transportation to hotel

雖然在編配房間方面出了問題，而且接連發生兩次，在相討過程中，職員表現十分有禮貌及有耐性，誠懇地解決問題 ，值得讚賞。酒店位置十分方便，就算落大雨也可解決食和購物。早餐選擇不多，入住四天都沒有太大變化。泊車指示不清楚，有點難找，但由停車場步行到酒店指示卻很清晰。

I especially appreciated that the hotel provides microwaves, ice machines, and irons on the 9th and 17th floors. Additionally, there is a separate smoking room on the ground floor. The rooms have good soundproofing, and the air conditioning is quiet.
