“The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. ”

“I was traveling with my daughter and this was our first visit to Joshua Tree national park. We both enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved the hammocks outside the rooms. We were able to do some star gazing from the motel grounds as well. The AC was too loud and we turned it off. Before coming we were a bit worried about safety, but we found the area and the motel safe. ”

“Convenient location, cute home, had everything we needed. Very spacious house and the backyard was very nice. But while the kitchen appliances were retro looking and cute, they weren’t functional for my family’s needs. I couldn’t get the oven to work, my pizza from the market didn’t fit in the compact fridge, and the microwave had Roman numerals on the dials for settings but I didn’t know that the settings meant. I had to just set the timer and hope for the best. Communication with the……

“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……

“Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night. When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark……

“Everything was very nice at the house. Property manager was quick to respond when we had an issue with a toilet not working properly. Would definitely recommend to someone, and would likely look to stay again if we're ever in the area again.”

“The room is smelling. There is no room service during our 2 nights. We have to go to the front desk and ask for the trash bag. We need to clean the trash bin by ourself. We have to change our towel througt the front desk and there is a long way from the pool/room to the front desk. Also we are worry about the safety. The park space in the back is dark and smelling. There was someone yelling and knock our neighboor room door in the early morning which made us scared. However, the pool is……
