「Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy.」

「Nice quiet location close to a sweet coffee shop and bistro. Good communication.」

「Great property! Everything was well set up and accurate with the listing. Incredible communication by the host before/during our stay. Great location and very happy with our stay!」

「This is a DULPEX not a house. We didn’t find out until host mentioned it in the check-in message and then we had to book another property that was actually a house last minute. The host has refused to refund cleaning and pet fees even though we never stayed at the property, so they just pocket these fees even though the cleaning services are not required. Would not recommend Pear Properties to anyone.」

「Beautiful and comfortable place with space to park was perfect, would stay here again !!」

「Room amenities too basic, not even electric kettle, coffee or tea bags were available. Everything needed had to go to reception area. Breakfast included was simple but adequate, but closed at 9 am, would be better if extended to 10 am.」

「Clean room」

「My 13 years old son is happy with the two computers available in the lobby but he complains there is no Netflix on the TV. Breakfast is good with different options of fruits and bakery. 」

「The hot tub a pool area were so clean. The pool is also slightly warm so it was nice to be able to go from hot tub to pool.」

「Great location close to many restaurants and shops. 」

「房间整洁，空间宽敞，前台接待亲切服务好，办理入住速度快，设施一应俱全，性价比高。」

「The location is good. The beds were very comfortable amd the room was quiet. The only issue is the dispensers for the shampoo. For seniors they are a little difficult in that you have to squeeze the bottles to get the soap out. It would be better to have a plunger or push button to get the soap to dispense. Otherwise, everything was good.」
