“My family stayed at Lance’s home for my son’s fire academy graduation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lance was gracious enough to allow us to host a family open house to celebrate, which meant so much to us. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the beds especially were amazing.When we had a small issue with the fire pit, his wife Miriam arranged for it to be repaired immediately so we could enjoy it. “Miriam and Lance were very accommodating. We came for MLS Next Fest. Drive to the field was not bad at all. Love how close to Old Town the house is. House was very clean. In close proximity to a park which was perfect for running. Pool and hot tub a great addition. Overall a wonderful experience. If we come back would definitely book again. “Lance was extremely responsive, accommodating to a last-minute request, and very friendly. The house is absolutely stunning, and our family loved the layout—especially the split master bedrooms and the plenty of extra space for everyone who came into town for our reunion. The backyard and pool/hot tub area were top-notch, with plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy. We only wish we had more time to stay and fully enjoy the home, but we look forward to booking again in the future!”

“Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our……

“This place worked great for our corporate retreat. The amenities were good! Since we cooked all of our meals at the home, it would've been helpful if there was more counter space, and another dishwasher. Also, the hot water didn't work one morning but Maintenance was quick to arrive and fix it. Thanks for the awesome space and service!”
