"Quiet boutique hotel felt like home away from home with our #7 room. Coffee and breakfast from the restraunt walked down in pajamas (again very comfortable) to order to go so we could enjoy on our balcony was unforgettable. Walks to Aukies for fresh smoothies, fresh fruit stand with amazing avocado’s across the street from accommodation. Beaches within walking distance/we drove as the hills were a bit uncomfortable with the local traffic driving very fast. "
"We went to Tortola for a catamaran trip. We decided to stay a few days ahead of time in town to see some of the island. Maria's by the sea was great. We had time to walk around by the shops and go to the government house museum. The location was perfect. We sampled several restaurants as well as the restaurant at the hotel. We really did enjoy the restaurant at the hotel and a lot of people have not mentioned it but we thought the food and service were quite good. We also enjoyed the sushi restaurant across the street as the outdoor dining was very nice."
"The resort is absolutely lovely. The rooms are stylish with a comfortable beachy vibe and well appointed. While the drinks and food are expensive, the staff is friendly, accommodating and are there to ensure you have a comfortable stay. When you realize you are on vacation and all your needs are met within a few steps, you’ll forget the price and lean into the enjoyment."
Spectacularly located beach front Spring Tide @ The Tides at Little Apple Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Spring Tide is a wonderfully peaceful place. The location is ideal…away from Road Town…yet close to West Side restaurants and beaches. The unit is well laid out with two bed/bath wings on each side of a large kitchen and small sitting area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The sitting area is small because the unit is designed to use the large deck for eating and lounging. That works most of the time, but it would be nice to have more indoor seating at night or when it’s raining. There is no TV, which we welcomed. Val was a very attentive and helpful manager. The best thing about Spring Tide is the ocean right outside the building. It’s mesmerizing and so loud you can hear it through closed doors. The storms and rainbows only add to the stunning charm. "
"Fabulous property in a stunning location. We met the owner Gayle who was super friendly. Ivet the host was a complete gem. Do not miss the opportunity to have a home cooked meal in the stunning setting of the villa"
