“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.”

“This was an unplanned stay in a very remote area. I was just looking for a good sleep. I think what got me was the attendant giving me water bottles because the water may come out brown at first. I just really wanted a clean shower and bed. I understand their circumstance, but it left an impression on me.”
