「Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10」

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. 「The hotel and rooms were sparkling clean. Check in/out was prompt. The in-house restaurant has a limited dinner menu, but what they offer, they do well. I had a chicken quesadilla and she had chicken wings - both were above expectations. The challenge on a Monday night was restaurant staffing. The woman behind the bar was heroically trying to take bar + tables food and drink orders, and go to the kitchen to serve the tables. We sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes.
