「Upon arrival we were met by the front desk clerk who was not very friendly. Actually she was downright rude. She lightened up a bit after another guest, who was also waiting, finally said something about her behavior. The continental breakfast could use a lot of work. Instant coffee, stale cereal, and just a handful of bread and bagels were put out. Our room was nice, very large and clean and beds were comfortable.」
