"The property wasn’t at the level we expected of the Mandarin Oriental, however the location was good and walkable to Bay Bay restaurants and shopping."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. My favorite was the waffle station during the complimentary breakfast. Overall my stay was very nice and welcoming."
"The Verb is a super cool hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is small but really neat! And the location can't be beat--we came to Boston to tour Fenway Park and take in a game or two and you can't beat the location-park is right next to it and everything was walkable. We found tons of great restaurants, and spent most of our time at Fenway or eating out. The hotel itself has a great breakfast with live music, comfy beds, clean rooms, guitars in the lobby to sit back and play-kids loved this! Albums you can take up to your room and listen to tunes, and so much more. It's super small--only 2 stories and no elevator, and parking is tight but there are parking garages right across the street. We will def come back when we visit for another ball game! "
"Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The check in staff was super helpful. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great after travel. The hotel was close to everything, great food, great shopping and of course right beside TD Garden. The best part was the view from our room. Get the downtown view it’s absolutely worth it! Also the checkout staff was amazing and super happy to hold our bags in check out day. We will be returning in January for our anniversary trip and some hockey at the Garden! "
