「Check in was fast and friendly. Room was warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.」

She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again...
