伊利诺北部度假短租

“We had a great stay here recently. It was clean and well furnished (including little things like night lights, binoculars, etc.). It was peaceful to sit and watch the river flow by while looking for eagles and pelicans. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog. She actually settled in quite quickly, which means she felt safe and comfortable here (and so did we). It's outside of the city, but not too far so it was easy to get to various places of interest. The host "walked" us through the……

“Very peaceful and clean. Cute decorations! Close to trails for great hiking Will be back!”

“Great house. Short walk to Mississippi with great path and beach access. Great restaurants and brewery very close by. House exactly as pictured. Train rumbles through a few times a night right across the street, but wasn’t bothersome. Highly recommend.”

“Wonderful experience right on the Mississippi River! Hosts Dan and Annie were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We recommend this space highly and would definitely come back.”

“The sheets had sand in them so we had to wash the bedding upon arrival. We contacted the host about loud neighbors (so loud they couldn’t hear us knocking), but never heard back. The place was nice and spacious but the games got in the way. This is part of Grand Bear Resort which is past its prime. Lighting was awful and the upstairs got very hot if the curtains were open. Great location to parks. Decent stay, but likely won’t be back.”

“Host very responsive. Clean. Quiet area. Was great for our small dog. Was visiting John Deere factory which was close by.”

“Our stay was great! Perfect location for hiking, kayaking and horseback riding! Our grands caught 9 little fish right out back! The home was well stocked with supplies and was spacious for nine of us and a golden retriever! Host was very helpful when we needed it! Thank you!!!!”

“The room was clean and things easily labeled to find things. The host was very easy to reach if you have any questions.”

“I’ll begin by saying that the host was very easy to work with and responsive anytime that I contacted him. The typical response time was not even two hours. We were there to attend a wedding, and he graciously allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready. Outside of a slight mistake in the door code, the check-in was very seamless. The main floor was nice and cool and, although it was not upstairs, there were plenty of fans. There was a variety of bath towels available, and the beds……

“It was clean and we had all that we needed. Would suggest cutting down some branches, etc to enhance view of the river.”

“Clean, pretty, convient. Loved it. Will stay again!”
