“Poor communication regarding checking into rooms at 3pm. I was told that some of the housekeeping staff quit and the rooms were not ready until almost 5pm.”

“Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.”

“Room was OK but under La Quinta's standards. The hallway wasn't vacuumed for a while, entrance was so dirty especially from the door K, didn't clean for long long time. I don't know how to say it, but staff at the front desk was interesting. When I checked in, she was constantly chewing and cracking something in her mouth, next morning there was somebody else seems like she had green pus oozing from her nose, I was about to say something to her face but I grossed out and walked away.”
