「Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money...

「The apartment was beautiful and had a great view of the Jordanelle Reservoir. It was nice to have a kitchen to eat healthy meals. Also dressing for different business events was easy with the large to hang up my suits and the shoe rack for laying out my shoes. It feels like a second home with all the amenities.」

「When we got to the property, we noticed that half the blinds were missing giving us no privacy. There was no TV coverage and this was not mentioned in the listing, also the Fireplace did not work, yet you advertise there is a fireplace. My wife and I were celebrating our 44th Anniversary so this was a downer for us.」

「Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta」

「The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the...

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

"We stayed for three nights, and no one came to clean the room or ask if we needed towels. I don't know if this is normal. There was lemon water in the lobby on the first day, but from the second day onwards, there wasn't any. However, I still gave it five stars because everything else was perfect."

"剛入住就遇上房間跳電，全房的電燈不能打開，要找來職員處理。第二日外出後房卡不能開門，要找職員修正。不過房間仍算大，基本設施都有，但雪櫃壞了沒有功能。"
