「NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry...

「cute little loft, was super clean. loved that there was a washer/dryer and full size fridge & freezer with ice. wifi was slow & spotty but there was board games to keep us entertained」

「Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me.」

「It was centrally located for the time we were visiting the area.」

「This was a great place to stay. It is as described, easy to get in and out, and the hosts were very communicative.」

「The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.」

「Great spot, would stay again!」

「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」

「Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.」

「Adorable apartment walking distance to everything! Quiet and clean. Would definitely return to this spot.」

「Pet friendly, amazing location, great stay, all around!」

「Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again」

「My 9 year old daughter loved being able to wake up and swim! The home was beautiful a d we had a great time.」

「It was clean and we didn't do anything but sleep since we got there at 11:30 pm.」

「Bel endroit propre et confortable près du centre-ville à pieds parfait pour un weekend!」

「The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the .」

「Host wasn’t responsive The bedroom fan/cooler was not functioning, was too hot during the night to sleepEasy check in, great location, dedicated parking」
