「Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. 「We loved the space, very clean, great amenities, looks like a perfect combo of a cozy apartment and a hotel room. The only problem is that it’s not very soundproof, and you can hear people using restrooms or showering in the neighboring rooms. But would definitely stay again!」

「Great location, Great Neighborhood, plenty of dining options within walking distance. You can park by the hotel to unload and load and there is limited time meter parking or late night early am free parking streetside... When you can find it. There is a parking garage at the corner of Taylor and Paulina that is only $9 if in after 3p and out before 8a... Which is a steal by Chicago parking costs. It's a short 3 block walk to the hotel... Well lit and sidewalks. The only nitpick I can even...

「This is a fantastic location just outside of the city on a quiet street but close to everything. The Property Manager (Ross) is fantastic with communication and even after our flight was delayed three times, he met us at the door, gave us a thorough tour of where everything is located, and some great tips on where to eat. It's a $20 UBER to the heart of the city (Millenium Park) and the place is spotless! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to hang your hat for a few days!」

「Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.」

「My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect.」

「The lake views were beautiful and so nice that it was pet friendly. It was very clean and the decor was top notch. The little extras from the owners were a lovely touch. If you bring pets, be aware there is only a spiral staircase to the lower level and the green space is steeply graded. My pet could not navigate the stairs inside so we had to use the outside stairs which do not have lights for nighttime.」
