「Several issues impacted the experience and thus the value. Key access instructions overly complicated. The unit was cold upon arrival and took until 6-8hrs to hit room temp. The knob on the bedroom baseboard heater control was broken and a throw-blanket draped the baseboard behind the sofa. Glad we caught it. The TV's would not stay connected due to wifi signal issues. Reset router and TVs- no deal. Unable to utilize the TVs. The sofa is ready for heavy trash pickup, the cushions sinking...

The kitchen had all I needed for my stay. I made extensive use of the desk for working while there. The location is extremely convenient. Check-out was also very easy, and the hosts are kind and communicative. I would love to stay again and highly recommend!」

「This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. 」

「Everything was very clean and the location was wonderful. The big clae foot tib was a great added amenity. The heating however, was a minor issue. It did not work most of the first night we were there. We checked in around 6pm, and it took until around 2am for the studio to warm up to tolerable temperature.
