「Very nice stay. Visually very nice place, and comfortable. Easy access, instructions and troubleshooting was great with the property manager on tv issues. My only complaint is there is glare in the master bedroom between the blinds and edge of window, but it was only a couple nights , so could have just been one light that was not on sometimes」

「We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.」

「First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!」

「The place was very clean and we feel no one has ever lived there in a permanent sense. It was in a convenient location. The experience was great overall, with just one complaint: The couch in the living are was pretty uncomfortable, as nice as it looks. 」

「Great location, within walking distance to Union Station. Lots of restaurants very close to the building. Bedroom shade was broken when we arrived. After a quick call to maintenance, it was fixed within a couple of hours. WiFi password was incorrect on the welcome email. Again, just a quick call to the property management to get it resolved. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! 」

「Property was beautiful and tastefully decorated; well stocked with what you need. The only reason I didn’t rate overall excellent was the hearing was not working well so it was a very cold stay. But the host was as very communicative and did all they could to help. I will stay again if I’m in the area!」
