Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very nice and plenty of room. Very convenient location. It had everything that we needed. The only challenge was the parking but it was doable.

Great place in a nice neighbourhood!

Really nice, hassle free, stay in a spacious and well-kept condo. The unit has easy access to downtown, and is the great LoHi neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and hip little spots within walking distance. Great coffee across the street and really nice pizza one block further at Tonys. Would recommend to anyone visiting Denver with a group.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

Quick stay in Denver with family before heading out to mountains. Lots of space, brand new and very comfortable. Nice restuarant downstairs and quick Uber ride to Denver sites.

Great location, great view, quiet neighborhood

This place was in an excellent location near bars and restaurants. In walking distance to coffee shops as well. It had a wonderful view and appears just as the photos. We felt very safe here and had a wonderful time. We were in town for a friends 50th bday at a nearby venue. We stayed 2 nights. There were 5 of us. This had 3 bedrooms. 2 masters (with a full bath) and a half bath. Very nice place. The only cons I have is that we saw a mouse on our couch the last night of our stay (around midnight), which caused for a bit of hysteria. We tried to get it out of the sliding door to the patio, but it ran under the fridge. Also, both nights I received a text from management saying we were too loud which bothered me. The first night we were drinking wine around the island, eating pizza and talking (not making elevated noise, just having a good time). And the second night we were playing a board game and again, not being obnoxiously loud. We never threw a party, we didn't hang out on the patio late at night and we were just enjoying our time on vacation. So to get the message both nights that we had noise complaints (keep in mind we just stayed 3 nights in Colorado Springs before driving down to Denver and had not one complaint) was a little offensive. We vacation to have a good time. We weren't obnoxiously loud. We were just enjoying our time in the house. So, I'd only recommend this place if you are traveling for business. Definitely not a place to stay with friends or if you have kids. You will definitely get a noise complaint if your kids are running around or if you are laughing with friends. I'd stay here again for business, but not for pleasure.

Thanksgiving weekend with family

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The unit was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy it at the dining table with a spectacular view of the city! The location in LoHi was perfect and it only took us 15 min to walk to Downtown Denver. The interior design is beautiful with good quality furnishings, beds were very comfy with plenty to sleep 10-12. Our only suggestion is to have enough lounging space in the living room for that many people to relax and watch a show. Our tiny family of 4 was rotating who was going to get the sofa. As cute as the green chairs are, they are not lounging chairs. Perhaps a small sectional could accommodate more seating? None the less, a wonderful weekend and stay! Thank you!

CONCERT TRIP

Everything was an ease, from booking to check-in, to departure! Property was clean and well supplied! Local brewery was across the street and within walking distance to many restaurants. Parking was easy to find within a block radius. Will definitely consider booking again if we return to Denver!
