「Friendly service」

「The property was clean and staff was professional and breakfast was good. It was a pleasant evening for me.」

「This place is a run down filthy dump. Bad smells, janky electrical and possibly bed bugs. Even the door card key was terrible. I had to have it reset 3 times. Under no circumstances stay here.」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「First, the staff was great. However, the property location felt unsafe and the room I checked into had multiple holes in the bathroom door, the tiles on the floor were damages, and it smelled like smoke. I spent a total of 1 minute in the room before going right back down to the office to check out and get my money back.」

「There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...
