「A terrible experience. I had already paid on Expedia, but when I checked in, they asked me to pay again, and the waiter hadn't told me yet. But when I checked my mobile bank statement, I found out that I had to go to the front desk to process a refund tomorrow, and it would take another 7 days to arrive. Now I can't check whether it has been returned to my account. In short, the hotel in this city is expensive and the hardware facilities are poor. It is not worth recommending.」

「A rainstorm had just knocked out the power, so I had almost cancelled my room, but the power was restored just as I started to give the other hotel my CC info. During the whole time, the front desk staff were accommodating and trying to help as much as possible which helped me to decide to keep my reservation. The breakfast was good also and a 12 pm check out time allowed me to get a couple of virtual calls done in the room.」

「The price is right if they keep it at $60-70. Nothing special and the free breakfast is basically cereal you eat standing up in the lobby or take back to your room. Quick access to the Animas River walk is a real plus if you like a morning run or walk.」
