「The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room.」

「I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.」

「The staff were very helpful, specially the guards at the property. The room is decent enough for overnight stay as long as your not picky, it's good as what you paid for.」

Neighbourhood outside the property may not be for everyone but is overall safe. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and even malls in walking distance. 」
