“Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. “I really enjoyed my stay at the Belfry Hotel & Spa, so much so that I’m already looking forward to coming back, especially to try one of the body massages next time. The spa facilities were excellent. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all very relaxing and well maintained. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but I had a look around and it looks fantastic. “很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚”
