“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done.
I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel.
