“The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. “The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast……

“Locating the property address or name with gps was difficult but located the property using the street address. When i got to the property the desk customer person informed that he had no reservation for me. I showed him my reservation and he rudly replied that his boss never informed him of any reservation on my name.and walked out of me. . I asked for my refund he told me they do not charge upfront until a guess arrive. . I then left the property. And called a number for the property and……
