“False advertisement NO WIFI and the hotel has a weird odor and in the room ”

“Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Alle wünsche werden erfüllt. Komme gerne wieder dort hin.”

“The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast……

“Arrived and could not find reservation. Room booked was to include seperate sitting area, kitchenette and private balcony. It did't have any of these. Room was filthy. Advertised pool, but it was empty.”

“It’s difficult to rate this hotel. They couldn’t find our booking information and we were unable to get in touch with expedia. This was fraud. I paid in full and they couldn’t find our reservation. we had to pay for one night because we didn’t know where to go. This is unacceptable.”

“Had some issues with payment, but were able to clarify it. There was never a towel in the room, we always had to call and ask. Other than that, comfortable bed and clean room. Good value for the price. Poolside is nice and clean.”
