“Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again.”

“This hotel was a 3star at best. The food was horrible. After 3 attempts, we decided to eat elsewhere. No one was ever at the coffee shop. There were hidden fees - 22% resort fee each day that was not shared until the day before check out. Location was ok. The balcony is for view only, not to actually sit on and enjoy the view. For some reason, I expected more. The staff were mostly pleasant. This hotel chain is not on my list for future travel.”

“Although I had a bit of trouble checking in, I contacted the staff, and they were very helpful and cooperative. The place looked new and freshly painted, but the room was very small for two people.”

“El lugar nos encantó. La localización es excelente y el área nos pareció muy agradable. Todo estaba súper limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún más cómoda. Lo único a mencionar es que hice una consulta por WhatsApp y la respuesta llegó al día siguiente en la noche. Afortunadamente, no se trataba de una emergencia.”

“This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. The next day we discovered that one street over was a much busier street with……

“The only thing worth going there would be their pool and beach. Other than that, their rooms are outdated in my opinion. We found a cockroach in the bathroom”

“The Candado Plaza Hotel was a great location with many amenities for our family. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We loved the little water slide and being able to use the more adult geared pool and lounge area at the sister hotel across the street. There is need to put some extra TLC into the facilities but thus wiuld not keep us from returning or recommending.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
