“The hotel is new And the staff are great we had an amazing time. The only issue is that the property was poorly built and already has signs of distress it will probably look worse in a few months”

“Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process. This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Despite having all the proof and evidence, they could not locate the booking in their system. This was happening at……

“Property grounds were nice. Rooms are a bit dated. The TV and telephone in our room did not work. Manager at reception was very accommodating and made our stay much better. The massages were excellent. Highly recommend them.! Wifi is awful! Love the balconies! The other downside is the beach, the beach is beautiful but you have to pay 25$ for 2 chairs and umbrella every day if you want to be on the beach. Otherwise they do have beach chairs on man made beach near infinity pool. Just depends on……

“Der Strand war traumhaft schön und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Leider gab es jedoch einige deutliche Mängel: Es kam regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen, das Internet funktionierte meist nur sehr schlecht, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Zudem entsprach unser Zimmer leider nicht den Bildern und wirkte deutlich weniger ansprechend. Besonders negativ ist mir das Verhalten des General Managers aufgefallen. Obwohl ein anderer Manager……

“It was a good place but unfortunately for the price. I wouldn't say it was absolutely amazing. We had the ocean view room and while was amazing. The ceiling was slanted. I bumped my head few times because the sloped ceiling was very low and very close to the bed. So we couldn't get out from one side of the bed. It was also a relatively small room for the price, i didn't think it was worth it. The food was amazing. There was not really any amenities. There was a pool and you do have beach access……

Godt hotel hvis du ikke har et absolut krav om at bo direkte på stranden, hvor du kommer til at betale meget mere for noget med en meget lavere standard end dette hotel.”

Conseguiram um transporte para o hotel, me conseguiram outro hotel e as meninas que trabalham lá são ótimas. Os quartos são lindos, com decoração africana e muito limpos. O restaurante tem muitas opções de comida, com preços excelentes. A piscina estava muito limpa e boa. Uns 7 minutos andando da praia. ”
