“Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process. This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Despite having all the proof and evidence, they could not locate the booking in their system. This was happening at……

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir können das Zimmer mit Meerblick wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist sehr geräumig und man wacht morgens mit einem tollen Blick auf. Das Hotel ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Vom Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Bei Bedarf kann man auch den kostenlosen, täglichen Shuttle zu einem sehr schönen Strand (Kendwa) in der Nähe nutzen. Beim dortigen Hotel zahlt man 10$ "Eintritt" pro Person und bekommt eine Liege. Die 10$……

We had to check in really late and they helped us arrange transportation from the airport and someone was there to let us into our room. We were just steps away from the beach and could easily access multiple restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!!”

“Ligger centralt men ikke direkte på stranden. Fin pool og lækker morgenmad. Værelset var pænt og rent og personalet meget servicemindet. Godt hotel hvis du ikke har et absolut krav om at bo direkte på stranden, hvor du kommer til at betale meget mere for noget med en meget lavere standard end dette hotel.”

“Der Strand war traumhaft schön und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Leider gab es jedoch einige deutliche Mängel: Es kam regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen, das Internet funktionierte meist nur sehr schlecht, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Zudem entsprach unser Zimmer leider nicht den Bildern und wirkte deutlich weniger ansprechend. Besonders negativ ist mir das Verhalten des General Managers aufgefallen. Obwohl ein anderer Manager……

“Great place but we were there in early June and there was a lot of construction going on everywhere and we might have been the only people in The place. Breakfast definitely leaves something to be desired, it's a good attempt at American or English breakfast but basically it's bread and you can get eggs any way you want. Do you want pancakes you can have honey or chocolate syrup but they don't know what's maple syrup. The food was okay but not exciting and we didn't get out of the hotel much.……

“我和太太在这住了2天，这里有一块非常干净和迷人的海滩！你可以在这里享受阳光、沙滩以及海风，当然还有海上日落的美景！酒店非常安静，房间设施稍显陈旧但还算整洁，有免费的WIFI（我们去的时候正赶上老板更新设备，现在房间内也有信号了，呵呵）、适合静静的、傻傻的待上几天。性价比还不错！美中不足的是酒店的空调设备噪音有点大、电力供应不是特别稳定，建议老板投资更换！”
