Exceptional stay from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and the service was some of the best we’ve experienced. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was maintained to an incredibly high standard, and the whole experience felt luxurious and relaxing. We would absolutely stay at The Mulia again.

This property is amazing . I stayed in a room with pool access. The rooms are so big and comfortable, especially the huge bed which was so comfortable . The staff are so well trained and helpful without being intrusive. The veranda smorgasbords were a gastronomic delight showcasing all areas of the world and also reasonably priced. I spent 5 days there and never left the resort

满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The hotel was decent, with spacious facilities and plenty to offer. The main downside was the location of some rooms, which could require a 10-minute walk to reach the pool. However, the main pool was large and ideal for families with young children. The hotel also offered easy access to the beach and a good breakfast. What really stood out was the staff, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Our favourite hotel we have stayed at and keep coming back to! Exceptional cleanliness and quality. A few different restaurants to choose from all with a range of delicious food choices. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and the international buffet at the cafe was one of my favourites with so many choices.
