「The checkin was quick and staff were helpful, the pool is nice and big. There is no ac in the lounge area which is annoying. The cottage was decent. Right on the beach which is so nice.」

「Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. 「The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes.」
