「This was our second year renting this cabin in Catskill and we are looking forward ti many more. From last year the owner made a few upgrades and the property is well taken care of. It is convenient to downtown and so many great places to hike and explore. Excellent communication from the owner and they provided suggestions for places we had not yet seen. Overall a fantastic experience!」

「We had a family gathering with 21 people from ages of 1 month to 81 years, and the property provided absolutely everything we needed! The home and adjacent pavilion/pool was extremely clean and very useful and fun! The pizza oven is a must do and we were able to make 18 fantastic and delicious make your own pizzas one evening. 「Great stay for our bi-annual friends reunion! This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!」

「Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. 「For the location it is located it is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds and sheets were great. There is a restaurant on property so need to go far for something to eat. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay again. 」

「Really lovely place in the town of Hunter. Very modern, with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and laundry facilities. Plenty of space - six could sleep comfortably. Our host was extremely helpful and easy. Would definitely stay here again, I bet it's gorgeous during the winter months! 」
