The room we were given had broken beds and was filthy and smelled like smoke even though I was told it was a non smoking area. I complained and they moved us rooms. However, the bathroom was dirty and moldy. The blankets on the beds were dirty and looked like they weren’t properly washed. The door of the room didn’t lock so we were not comfortable with staying. So we ended up leaving.

Horrible customer service, the room smelled like mold, the refrigerator was open with towels on the floor and pieces to it on the table. The chair was old and nasty. We turned around and walked out. By the smell of the office I wanted tool see the room before taking our luggage in. They refused a refund and the night guy was extremely rude. It was about 10 at night we were traveling. We called and booked so he wouldn't allow a refund. I guess since it was so late maybe he th. There's no way. I was afraid of what new species we might take home with us.

Literally nothing good except maybe the running water and helpful staff. The rooms were in terrible HORRIBLE condition literally any other place is MILES better. The fan was taped up, the beds were stained and had burn marks on them, the desks and floors were dirty and sticky, the couch was saggy and stained with white blotches, on top of all of this the bathtub had these burn marks on them. There were also dirty tissues on the windows, the ac worked but with the smell of cigarettes, I’m surprised they didn’t have roaches or bugs..
