“Overall good stay, room cleanliness was great. Property was slightly less pretty than shown in the photos, and the gym windows need a good clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“Beautiful boutique style hotel right on the beach! Clean, spacious room with ocean view. Pool was cold and refreshing after a day in the heat. Staff were friendly and having an onsite restaurant was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice hotel with outdoor pool and free airport shuttle, and free breakfast! They advertised the cruise port shuttle for a fee, but when I went to book it on the iPad in the lobby, as instructed, the option didn’t come up, and the person at the desk was clueless. So we just ordered an Uber! The airport shuttle, however, was a breeze. The breakfast was average. For close to 300 a night, I expected more breakfast options, and better service. Altogether, it’s a decent hotel close to the airport……

“What a hidden gem!!! This hotel is literally steps from the beach and exceeded all our expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms come with a full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. After our first stay, we enjoyed it so much that we booked again the very next weekend. This time we upgraded to an ocean-view room, and wow! It was absolutely worth the extra money. Waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean made the experience even……

“I booked this “resort” for the sheer amount of 5 star reviews it had and when I got there, I was severely disappointed by what I saw and received. The reviews mention that the staff is a 5/5 but when I first arrived they had guys standing around laughing and making slick comments about my transaction. I was not prepared for the “surprise $200 deposit” that was not mentioned beforehand. The following night I watched another gentlemen go through the “surprise fees” when he checked in and he said……

The housekeeping and hotel staff from parking attendants, to bag check, front desk, restaurants, cafe staff, towel and pool attendants - outstanding. A special shout to the beach staff especially - Cameron and Luis. They were so helpful and attentive. I travel all over the world, I rarely encounter great service, it was so refreshing to experience people that care.”
