"Rubina" is a jewel in the heart of Oaxaca, which thanks to Airb&b we can offer you.
It provides a regional, mexican, modern and functional experience. The location is very convenient to enjoy the gastronomic offer, cafes, bars, public markets, emblematic sites, cultural events, weddings & much more.
It is designed for travelers seeking a local oaxacan experience with a high standard in design, comfort and services.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you!
The Space:
The property is an old building, now renovated, where filigree jewelry and watch repair were practiced. Its name was "Rubina" like the classic watches of the 50's and 60's. Now it is an apartment with an equipped kitchen, a multifunctional bar, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a bedroom with a king size bed and a work area, 2 full bathrooms and a dream terrace. Each of the spaces has unique details in design and decoration.

The Neighborhood:
The premium location of “Ti-Ladeé” allows you to be so close to the tourist attractions that you can enjoy them on foot. The unit is located in the heart of the historic center. Few steps away is located "Sanchez Pascuas" market to buy fresh produce and traditional oaxacan food. To start the day, there is a bakery 2 doors down "Pan con madre".The apartment is located few streets away from the “Andador Turístico,” the main pedestrian street in downtown Oaxaca. Close by is the “Ex Convento de Santo Domingo” and the “Jardín Etnobotánico.” In the same area you will find markets with organic products, laundries, convenience stores, galleries, and party halls / wedding venues. You don't need a car to get around the center
Getting Around:
Without a doubt, walking is the best option to get to know the Historic Center of the City of Oaxaca. Rubina is located just 4 blocks from the former Convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán.
Rubina does not have its own parking but you can park your car on the street, in front and there is a paid parking lot 2 blocks away.
Other Things to Note:
By staying at "Rubina" I am committed to providing you with a unique experience, which is why you will find a Welcome Kit with freshly ground specialty Oaxacan coffee and dehydrated fruits from my coffee, "Café Punto Paz"; bottled water brand "Santa María"; Sparkling water brand "Perrier". In addition, a jug of drinking water is provided, you can refill your bottles! My team and I will be available to help you plan your trip and, above all, if you need something in particular during your stay. We will be happy to support you and that you feel "Ti ladeé" as your home in Oaxaca!
