You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, including the cosy living room, both bedrooms, the kitchen, and bathrooms. There are plenty of parking options nearby for your convenience. This is an attic conversion flat on the 4th floor of the building. There are 51 steps to access the property, with no lift available. There are many benefits such as quietness and brilliant views, however if you have any issue with stairs it may not be right for you.

Nestled on peaceful High Street, the apartment is just a short stroll from Oban’s shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the charm of the town while enjoying a quiet, scenic retreat.
