Community amenities include three outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts (tennis courts will be an additional fee). Northside Park, which has walking trails, playgrounds, ballfields, and fishing piers, several restaurants such as Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, pizza shops, shopping, amusements, coffee shops, gas stations, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and THE BEACH are all only a short 10-minute walk away! For full week rentals, linens and bath towels are included in the price and as an added perk the main beds will already be made upon your arrival!
