"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. Every room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The multiple balconies offered beautiful, shady places to relax throughout the day, each with a stunning view. The pool was the perfect temperature and provided a refreshing escape from the heat after sunbathing on the comfortable poolside lounge chairs.The evenings here were unlike anything I had ever experienced. Many nights, we fell asleep on the large loungers and enjoyed a peaceful nap as the breeze gently kissed our skin. Sitting on the back porch, we could look out at the ocean and then turn slightly to see the beautiful mountains. It was absolutely breathtaking.The home, the views, and the surrounding area were fantastic, but what truly made this place special was the staff. Tanya, Jonny, and Narciso were phenomenal. Tanya and Jonny kept the house spotless and prepared the most delicious, authentic Dominican food. Tanya was even kind enough to let me cook with her and taught me how to make some of my husband’s favorite dishes. Her pastelone was out of this world and I picked up some tips on how to improve my own.We were able to truly relax because we didn’t have to do a single thing. The dishes were washed and the home was cleaned immediately and almost unnoticeably. It was incredible how quickly and efficiently they worked.Narciso kept the pool and the entire property immaculate. He a"

"This was truly the best vacation we have had. My wife and I renewed our vows with just a small gathering of our kids and grandkids and all I can say is this is a great value! The home is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and Glenda was a joy to work with throughout the booking phase and all the way through the entire trip. I cannot say enough. Also, the meals the staff made for us were absolutely amazing! They catered our renewal of our vows ceremony and the meal was delicious and they even set it up nicely. It was just such a nice surprise and certainly was not expected but that’s just who they were…generous beyond words."

"Group of 15 (5 kids 11-16 & 1 vs 0 18)House: beautiful and clean. 6 rooms, each has a balcony and view of the oceanPool: Pool is nice and was cleaned twice a week. Hot tub was warmer than the pool and they made it hot when asked, which made it more fun in the rain.Staff: Fantastic! Absolutely amazing! The 2 ladies would cook/clean during the day time hours. Kept it very clean and cooked great. Individual meals or large family style meals. They had some favorite options written down to help choose. They would give us lists of ingredients and either us or them would buy. One person sprained her cancel and stayed home alone from an activity and they waited on her to the point she was super happy not to have gone on the activity. We had a few sick people and the staff was extremely helpful as well. A little Spanish helps (house manager speaks English well), but the staff is so kind and patient with this that Google Translate is great.The security guard was a great addition even though I thought we were pretty safe without him. The neighborhood seemed the safest in all of Puerto Plata.House Manager was very helpful with information, transportation and quick to respond. Their excursion guy was very helpful as well. "
