"I love Margaritaville hotels. I felt sorry for the staff. They were way understaffed especially considering it was the big players championship in town. There was a big lacrosse tournament. They had one girl at the front desk and she was working her tail off so shame on Management for allowing that the poor guy’s in ballet, you had to wait forever for your car because it was so busy it does affect your stay when you have to wait 45 minutes in line. Wi-Fi went out multiple times two days, but it was storming so I can’t really say that’s their fault but the staff is unbelievably courteous in the hotel itself is in great condition. "

"This is in a great location. There is easy access to the beach. The rooms are clean. The host is very responsive.The bathroom needs updating."

"Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!"

"The night I arrived and looked around I immediately noticed the ceiling in the kitchen had large areas of cracking sheetrock. The rug in the living room was filthy and the couch had a noticeable stain. I sent them an email. They did respond promptly the next day. And did give me a refund for 1 night for my trouble. However, no one came to remove the rug. They said they could clean the couch bc it would take a whole day to dry. I didn’t think to say come and clean it anyway. The 3rd night we noticed that there was some kind of critter in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom, and/or possibly in the locked hall closet. We did tell them about that at checkout and I was refunded another day. VRBO representative was very prompt and through giving me assistance. However when I told them I thought the property was completely misrepresented and I wouldlike a total refund, I was told that those thing I mentioned did not warrant a full refund. I have pictures and videos of the kitchen ceiling, rug and couch. "
