A beautiful Newly Remodeled Casita with a garden view has a private patio and 900 square feet of Kicking back. This one bedroom, one bath has a walk in shower a California King size bed , cable TV/DVD and Secure FREE Cox high speed WIFI, Air conditioning in the bedroom for hot months of end of July and August.
The living room has a queen sofa , gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Pier and Oceanside Harbor. Its a short walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and the Oceanside harbor full of family fun, restaurants, and boat/kayak rentals.
This property is a Casita to its self with no hallways and a private entrance and private patio located on the ground floor.

My husband and I decided to go visit family and found this wonderful place available. It was within walking distance of restaurants and the beach/pier/marina. We really enjoyed the our time there, even though the patio was being worked on and was unavailable for use. Brad was very responsive and helpful.

This property was a great place to stay. Lots to do. Very easy access to the beach. A short walk to the pier. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to get ahold of. There was an AC unit in the bedroom which is so nice and many beach rentals don’t have any AC.

Grounds around the community feel like an island paradise

Beautiful location and wonderful proximity to the water and the pier. Enjoyed all of the amenities that the property has to offer and felt very safe and secure while there. The unit itself is very basic, but I do that going into the weekend with my family, could probably use an upgrade hut the price reflected the unit and was represented well by the pictures.

Very comfortable place

The casita was very comfortable and nice. A little noisy because of the coaster traffic at night. Hand held shower holder was broken which made it hard to shower. Very nice place to stay.

Amazing Experience

We had a great time at Brad’s place! Everything was clean and ready for our stay! Check-in was easy! Access to the beach was exactly what we wanted! Location is great! Lots of places to eat close by. Brad responded quickly to any questions we had. The boogie boards, chairs and beach towels were provided which made our packing so much easier and lighter! It was a relaxing and memorable time for our family. Can't wait to stay at Brad’s place again!

Getting out of AZ heat!

Bedroom had A/C rest only had fans to move the very humid air. We put them around us for cool breeze. The community is lovely, location excellent, walk to many restaurants, a short walk to beach.No sun/no rain just grey

The complex (North Coast Village) is great - very much feels like a resort. While this unit is a garden-view near the back of the property, it's still a very easy walk to the beach. Oceanside is reasonably compact, and it's only about a 20 minute walk to either the pier or downtown. Fit and finish in the unit are excellent - we particularly appreciated the very comfortable beach chairs and excellent shower. Check-in, check-out and parking were a breeze. Unit could use a bit better selection of glassware and cutting boards, but that's a minor complaint. Upstairs neighbor foot traffic can be disturbing if you're trying to sleep late. Since the complex is literally right on the ocean, the units do not come standard with A/C. But this unit has several excellent fans and a locking screen door on the front, which provides excellent breeze throughout. It is also on the ground floor, so does not heat up appreciably during the day. Complex is fenced/gated and felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.

North Coast Village has an excellent location on beach and beautifully landscaped grounds with nice pool and amenities. It is very large with many buildings and units and we got lost repeatedly trying to find our way. This unit is nicely decorated with a large living room. It is the farthest from the beach and across the street from the train which comes through a lot but really didn’t bother us too much. It has a nice patio with chairs and table. The main thing we didn’t like was no air conditioning. It was quite hot. There is a stand alone unit in bedroom which is very noisy and can’t be moved so rest of unit is very hot and stuffy. There are some fans which helped a tiny bit. Also BEWARE: they do not provide any soap or shampoo in shower. This is first time in lots of world travels I had to go buy a bar of soap. Kitchen doesn’t have anything except some salt and pepper and a little coffee.
