BEACHFRONT CONDO at Oceanside, CA. You are less than 50 feet from the sand!

121 S. Pacific St., in Oceanside, CA (Southern CA Beach Club Unit #204). This unit is on the 2nd floor and in the center of the building- so the view of the ocean and pier is spectacular during the day & night. The stairs to the beach are just around the corner! You are on the sand or back at your condo in less than 2 minutes. Convenient if you need to return to the condo. The property is secured with coded gates and a security guard at night. 1 BR, 1 bath, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room (w/hide-a-bed), and balcony that overlooks the ocean! The unit comes with just about everything you need. Maid service comes twice a week. A laundry room is located on the 1st floor. Multiple BBQ areas are on the same floor as the unit. WI-FI. A hot tub is located on the 4th floor. The front office has an awesome supply of beach toys for the kids and adults. The office also supplies daily use of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and bikes so you can tour the area with your family!

Park your car in the garage (small or med-sized only) all week and walk everywhere! A variety of restaurants, shopping, theaters, pubs, the pier, a park, and much more are only blocks away.

This location is less than 10 minutes from the city of Carlsbad (more to see there too!) and the Oceanside Harbor (rent a boat, paddle boarding, more small shops, and great seafood restaurants for lunch or dinner).

Very nice week with great activity and views!

Very much enjoyed the time we had at this condo. It was a hot week - but even without AC, it was still enjoyable and cooled off in the evenings. We loved the location, all the surrounding and nearby activity and being able to watch a lot of interesting things. Didn't really have to drive - pretty much everything is within walking distance. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your condo!
