Our house is your house! Perfect place to relax, or work remotely or just get away...

Super charming, fully-restored 1926 Craftsman two-story beach bungalow!

Located in a quiet and quaint historic neighborhood just minutes from great local restaurants, breweries and shops. A short drive or bike ride will take you to the Pier...Mission Ave shops and the beach.

Property sleeps 8 guests comfortably - 2 sleeping areas downstairs and 2 upstairs + a separate private apartment above garage. Property is fully gated with a large front yard perfect for entertaining, BBQing, and relaxing. *** Brand new AC installed ***

Galley style kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. Dining area sets 8 people.

Property is equipped with bicycles, games, and fun for the whole family. Pet friendly! Perfect place to work remotely, get some family time and enjoy the area!

Host was quick to respond to our needs. Great location to enjoy all of Oceanside . 15 minute walk to pier. This house had all we needed , new Weber bbq , outdoor patio seating and more. Nicely renovated bathroom

Owners charged more for pets than listed

We paid $250 to have our two dogs stay with us during our month-long stay, and after we completed the trip the owners charged an additional $250 fee for cleaning what they claimed was dog urination throughout the house. This was a total lie, our dogs are 7 and 8 years old and completely house trained, they would never pee inside a home, no matter where we stayed. We've traveled with them to hotels and other vacation rentals and never once did they urinate indoors. We tried to get our money back but the property manager sided with the owner and did nothing. Buyer beware if you bring pets to this property, you will get upcharged. If I could give them negative stars for service and the way we were treated, I would. Shame on the owner for charging us extra.

Lovely Dog-Friendly House near the Ocean

We had a wonderful two weeks at this house. The yard is large and fully fenced (so the dogs can run around), and the house itself is so well equipped. It wasn’t like a typical rental where it felt sterile - we felt at home and had everything we needed. We walked to the ocean and downtown area daily. Truly a wonderful stay!

Great family spot

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. The space is great for our family providing enough separate spaces and gathering spaces. We love the private patio and the large table inside for dining and playing games. The kitchen is well appropriated with everything needed to cook and do a little baking even. ALL the beds are comfortable, with great linens. We also love how close to everything the house is! We walked to coffee, dinner and to the beach. The company managing the property for the owners was easy to work with.

Great spot. Short walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Le Citron was great, just around corner. House is really great. Nice modern touches. My daughter loved the loft above the garage all to herself. Fenced in yard with gate is a huge plus, especially since we brought the 2 dogs. Will repeat.

Just Right

This house was perfect for us! We live in the area and were displaced from our home due to a kitchen flood. My husband works from home and took full advantage of the great wifi and entryway sun room for his work videoconferencing. Our college-age daughter moved into the over garage apartment (perfect). And we celebrated our 12-yo son’s birthday with bikes to the beach and cake in the fantastic patio bbq area. The house was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and clean linens. Would love to return to this charming, quiet, very well-located home again!!

comfortable and historical

Comfortable and historical! the house has a lot of characther and charm, but updated nicely throughout. The decor is understated but beautifully chosen. The bathrooms have been updated and are very stylish and comfortable. I really enjoyed the "Shack" which had more of a surf-shack vibe. Very peaceful and residential neighborhood.

This home offered everything we expected and more. Lots of room to hang out both inside and out. Super comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, lots of thoughtful extras as well. The 5 bikes were great for the whole family to ride to the beach.

Perfect Hideaway that’s close to everything!

WOW! We were beyond satisfied with our stay! The home was clean, beautiful, bright, comfortable, and had all the amenities anyone could need! Enough room for the whole family. We could walk to local dinning and bars, and ride the bikes to the beach! Super easy check-in, and wonderful support staff! We always had access to contact someone if ever needed before and during our stay. Perfect place to call your second home. We cannot wait to book our next stay here. We are telling all our friends about this wonderful home and it’s perfect location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Amazing Time!

This property was perfect for our group stay. It has all the amenities you could ask for and the area is so cute. There is an awesome fire pit outside to enjoy the colder evenings. Will definitely be coming back. The host made the check in and check out process so simple, too. They checked in on me and let me know they were available if any issues (which there was none). :-)
