Welcome to your dream Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This expansive 9-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is nestled right on the beach, offering unparalleled views and direct access to the ocean. With a capacity to sleep up to 20 guests, it's perfect for large family gatherings or group vacations.
Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed layout that combines modern luxury with coastal charm. The open-concept living area features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with family-friendly appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining area seats everyone comfortably, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
The master suite is a private oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Additional bedrooms are equally well-appointed, each with queen or king beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Four full bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home, providing ample space for everyone.
Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a private deck that offers panoramic ocean views. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves crash against the shore. The property also includes a private BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining, and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking.
