「The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. 」

「World class view in one of the world’s great destinations. The descriptions and photos are thorough and accurate so I won’t drone on. There may not be a better property for rent in Carmel highlands. 」

「We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! 」

「We had a lovely time staying here over Fourth of July to successfully escape the firework noise for our baby (not allowed in Carmel). Great location — about 10 minutes from various local attractions. Great space for family. Had fun toys for kids. Some highway noise but otherwise very quiet and noise machines were provided. Going in through seven mile drive gate was quick with the pass. Great communication. Would stay again. Thank you!」

"I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged."
