"This is a beautiful hotel set up on the hill above Lake Yamanaka with a gorgeous view of My Fuji (when not raining)! We only spent one night, but would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable, the building was clean and maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!"

"The rooms were clean and a good size. Service was excellent, the front desk staff helped us with our luggage forwarding. Only issue was that we could hear the guest nextdoor snore. As well as hearing footsteps. But we had no issues sleeping through both as the sounds weren't loud enough to bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you should bring earplugs, I believe they offer them in the lobby. Breakfast was also excellent variety with local specialty such as their sardines soaked in plum. Anyways, I would definitely stay here again."

"It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. The bed is very clean and comfortable. We used both private and public onsen, it was a great experience. We also had kaiseki dinner which was also an amazing experience. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room smelled so good and looked cozy. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. The food and drinks were excellent. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the decor. Peaceful and serene."
