I had rented for a family gathering and spent the weekend being shown "issues" by everyone staying. The property manager was easy to contact and quickly responded to incorrect info left regarding the wifi name and password. Unfortunately, the property had issues and was not as advertised. The listing states 6 beds, sleeping 10 yet there were 5 beds sleeping 8 (although we had only 7 adults and one baby for which we brought our own playpen which was good cause the playpen advertised as available was not there). We were unable to locate the games or baby items and the air hockey game was unusable unless moved and leveled. The cleanliness were disturbing, particularly when it was assumed since we were charged a cleaning fee up front the property would be, at least, clean. Instead, we were faced with mildew lined shower door, floors covered with dirt, leftover goldfish crackers and water bottles under a bed, pans crusted with leftover eggs, a coffee maker that constantly overflowed even when "single" cup was selected, a broken Roku unit, the top of the kitchen "tile" flaking off into feet, a shower door that would not close, peeling paint on the door frame. These represent the worst of what we experienced. Shame.
