“I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as we had a truly disappointing experience. Bedbugs were discovered in both our room and our friends' room on the first floor, specifically rooms 120 and 126. Although we were offered alternative accommodations, it was unfortunately too late, as we had already discarded most of our clothing and needed to fumigate our car to prevent bringing the infestation home. Most concerning was the impression that the staff appeared to be aware……

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me”

“The location and surrounding area is beautiful ,meals ere good and public rooms were very comfortable and well presented. The main issue and disappointment was that the area was a live building site as construction works were still being carried out on the Spa area, Construction traffic ,materials and staff were everywhere and this caused difficulties with parking and Hotel access when driving. The room we had was nice but the TV did not work properly and with no internet connection viewing……

“Described as a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Very confusing accommodation with bathroom and toilet access or down the hall. Greeting was interesting but beds were okay for sleeping and mainly quiet. Pictures don't represent the rooms and expectations from advertising not met. Would not stay again even for one night.”
